Aluminum Straight "Center" Sections - "ACs"
The table below lists prices for STRAIGHT sections, which are designated by the letters "AC".  The following two numbers represent the approximate width of the sections (in inches, from the outside to outside edges of the uprights).  The last three numbers after the dash give the tube leg size (omitting the decimal point that would be after the first digit), also in inches. See the Engineering Specs page for more detailed information.

Each tower section forms an equilateral triangular column--a lattice-work truss.  The upright legs are round aluminum tubes, while the crossbracing is solid round aluminum rod.   All sections are eight foot in length.  Sections are designed and fabricated in compliance with the 1997 Uniform Building Code and the ANSI/AWS D1.2-97 Standard.

Many configurations of sections are possible for the creation of towers of various heights and wind-loads.  For examples, look at our sample configuration pages.

Key Benefits
Constructed of high strength 6061 T6 Aluminum
Lightweight
Long-lasting due to high corrosion resistance
Welded 8 foot sections can be easily joined for rapid, low-cost tower erection.  12 ft. sections also available.
Anodized coatings, of many colors,  are available

*Our standard section length has been 8 feet for many years.  We now offer a 12 ft. section in many sizes (widths and leg dia.) as well.*

8 Foot / 2.44 Meter Length Sections

Aluminum Tapered "Junction" Sections - "AJs"

"AJ" sections are tapered near the top end to mate to the next smaller width sections.   Prices are base on the "AC" sections above; simply add the amounts listed on this chart according to the tube size.  Weights are the same as the AC sections.

(Top) Our narrowest 12 ft. section, the AC6-100-L.

Aluminum Top Sections - "ATs"

"AT" sections have a collar welded into the top to form an apex.  The collar has two set bolts to hold a stationary mast in place.  All ATs come with a 2 1/16" inner diameter collar unless otherwise requested.  Where antenna arrays need to be rotated, a regular AC or AJ section is recommended with a Top Shelf and Thrust Bearing mounted on top--see Tower Top accessory page.
